Comments
Heavy crops were recorded on Mandalate. Trees are small which allows for high density plantings. Fruit needs to be retained on the tree in good condition to allow the juice and acid level to decline. Cit-tite / Stop-Drop sprays and GA applications are required to hold fruit on the trees and maintain skin condition. No detriment or leaf drop from high nutrition program. Late maturity period allows for a niche marketing window in Australia.
