Crossed with ‘Kordia’ and ‘Starking Hardy Giant’.
Late
+12 days. Ripening is late, during fifth or sixth sweet cherry weeks (2 December 2012 in Bathurst). Flowering is medium and flowers are medium susceptibility to late spring frost.
The fruit size is large, weight from 9 - 10 g (26 - 28mm).
Dark red.
Firm flesh
Excellent flavour with taste similar to Kordia, Brix 25° and over.
Yet to be determined.
Comments
Trees are medium vigorous; the canopy is spreading and rather thick. Trees are precocious and productive. Fruit is resistant to cracking. This cultivar is suitable for growing on dwarf root-stocks.
