Cross between ‘Early Rivers’ and ‘Moreau’.
Early
Early ripening, at the end of the second sweet cherry week (23 November 2012 in Bathurst). The time of flowering is medium early and flowers have medium susceptibility to late spring frosts.
Large fruit size; mean fruit weight varies from 8 to 9g (26 to 28mm).
Dark red.
Good taste, medium fruit firmness similar to the ‘Burlat’ cv.
Yet to be determined.
Comments
Best consumed as fresh fruit but they can be used for processing. Trees are precocious with high yields. It is medium resistant to fruit cracking. Suitable for growing in modern small tree orchards of higher tree densities.
